EASY OPERATION:
Simply
attach your water supply, typically a
garden hose, and turn it on, .Fill the
heating fuel tank with the specified
fuel, typically Kerosene, Diesel, #2 Home
Heating Oil. Next, plug in the power cord to the appropriate
power supply. Now connect your
steam/pressure hose and nozzle. Next,
turn your Jenny on. For cold water press
the appropriate button. Pull the trigger
on the wand to begin cleaning. For hot
water cleaning (up to 140° F) at high
pressure simply flip on the heater switch on and
begin cleaning. The operation is very simple
and the unit is very user friendly.

QUICK HELP
QUESTION: How
do I decide what unit is right for me?
ANSWER: First, you need to know what three things
determine a pressure washers true power. The first is PSI or
Pounds Per Square Inch of pressure.
This tells you the cutting pressure that is focused out of
the tip. Next, you have GPM or Gallons Per
Minute of water flow. GPM is important for two reasons.
One, you need to know that your water source can keep up
with the demand. Second, the more water being thrown at a
surface the faster and deeper it can clean. Last and VERY
important is HEAT! Cleaning with hot water or steam is
always a more powerful way to clean. Call for more

QUESTION:
What do you mean by OIL FIRED or OIL HEATED?
ANSWER: The Oil Is What Heats The Water. Oil can be
simple Kerosene, Diesel, #2 Home
Heating Oil, or JP-4 Jet Fuel.
QUESTION:
What powers the water pressure?
ANSWER: It depends upon the unit. Some are powered by
120 volt or 220 volt electric and some are powered by a
gasoline engine.
QUESTION:
What is the advantages of a gasoline powered unit vs.
electric?
ANSWER: The gasoline version eliminates the need for
electrical extension cords. This makes the unit much more
portable. It can be transported to remote job sites where
there is no electrical hook-up.
QUESTION:
What Fuel Types Are Available?
ANSWER: We have two types of steam units. #1)
All Electric Heated (requires 220V to 575V 3 Phase
outlets) generally for emissions free indoor use.
#2) Fuel Heated. This can be Natural Gas or Oil Fired. Call
for more information.
QUESTION:
What does PSI and GPM stand for?
ANSWER: PSI Stands for "Pounds per Square Inch" of
pressure. It tells you how powerful the unit is. GPM stand
for "Gallons of water Per Minute". This tells you how much
water the unit uses.
QUESTION:
Why would I want a super heated pressure washer rather then
just cold?
ANSWER: Cold water at high pressures can be a
powerful cleaning tool. Hot water can also be a powerful
cleaning tool. When you combine high pressures and super
heated water/steam you get superior cleaning results. You
can clean AND sanitize surfaces in one pass. This saves you
time and money. This super heated cleaning power allows you
to clean items that once took hours to clean in seconds or
minutes.
