     We experimented with lesser quality oxygen bleach formulas and were amazed by their potential. There were two things that drew us into developing this private label, professional grade product line. First, how well it cleaned floor grout. Having been in the grout cleaning business we know that when your on the job results count. With virtually no effort this product can de-stain grout like no other product on the market. Second, the fact that it is environmentally friendly and safe it is to work with. The only air born by-product is pure, healthy oxygen! Amazing but true. The raw product is concentrated so avoid getting the powder in your eyes or in any open sores as it will sting. Keep out of the reach of children and do not take internally. Of course, this same warning goes for ANY cleaning product.      We are proud to announce Just Renew-It!'s own line of Oxygen Bleach. Unlike some of those made in China,  LOW concentration (about 35% pure) formulas found on hyped up TV info-mercials, stores and janitorial supply shops our product is 80% pure grade and American made. Our concentrated oxygen bleach destroys stains at the molecular level. In the overwhelming majority of the cases, when used right, on the right application, the results seem almost magical.

Using Oxygen Bleach.

     Using Oxygen Bleach is very easy. First we recommend you clean the floor grout with a vapor steam cleaner. This will remove any dirt, grime or grease that may inhibit the formula from reaching the grout line. You can learn more about steam cleaners here. It is important to know that Oxy is not a grease buster but rather it is an organic stain buster. It can however be mixed with a product like common Dawn liquid dish detergent to help break down greases.  Oxygen Bleach is safe on all any color grout.

     Next, simply fill a small or large bucket (depending on need) with very warm to hot tap water. Now add 2 to 5 scoops (scoop is included) per gallon of water. Stir and let sit for about 5 or 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. This will allow the powder formula to dissolve in the water. Now simply take a standard cotton mop and slop the water over the tile and grout. The idea here is to get the grout wet. If you prefer you can apply using a sprayer or professional cleaning wand or spinner tool. The mop method is the easiest for most people. Cover the whole area to be cleaned with your water/oxy (and optional soap) solution. Again, the oxy by it self will not remove grease. If you want you can add a few drops of a liquid dish detergent or other cleaning product to the water solution. This will greatly help in breaking down any grease or oil on the surface.

     Time is everything with oxygen bleach. The longer you leave it on the better the results. The amount of time a cleaning solution is left on a surface is called dwell time. For best results allow the area to soak or dwell for up to 20 to 30 minutes. Longer can be better but if the floor begins to dry in this time wet the mop and run it over the area again. If you allow the solution to dry on the floor it may leave a powder residue that you may have to scrub up later. So keep it wet and clean up before it dries.

     Now get a clean mop and mop up the area. If you rather you can use towels. Another good technique is to suck the area dry with a wet-dry shop-vac. Once you are done wet the area again with clean water and mop or suck it up one more time. This process may be repeated as often as you like. Avoid splattering on cabinets, carpets and walls as it may create light spots. Generally speaking, oxy is safe on most colors but if you are going to apply to a rug,, do it in an even manor. If you just apply to a single spot it is possible to leave a light spot when it dries. This product is a great additive for carpet extractors! Again, just be sure to apply to the whole surface evenly.

     For stubborn stains you can wet the grout and sprinkle the powder directly on the grout joints. Then simply scrub with a hand or pole brush and allow to dwell for about 20 to 30 minutes occasionally agitating the area. With this method you will notice that there will be some white powder left behind. This is the soda ash in the formula. You will have to flush with clean water and wipe, mop or vacuum it up. Once the area dries the grout is clean. This approach is great for patios, dog runs, decks and more. If you are cleaning an outside area simply hose the area down when your done. Note: NOT Every stain comes out with oxy bleach. We wish it were true but no cleaning product cleans everything, all the time. Some stains are so deeply imbedded in the material that nothing will clean it. Other stains respond to traditional chlorine bleach or other chemicals. OTHER USES:

     This product is great for concrete, decks, driveways and more. It works great in dog kennels, dog runs and other places that need to be cleaned and sanitized at the same time. Remember, there are no harmful fumes to hurt humans or pets. The hydrogen peroxide formula sanitizes as it cleans! The uses are virtually unlimited. Customers have reported using successfully using it on there windows, porches, patio furniture, roofing, sidewalks, carpets, rugs, upholstery, kids toys, fixtures, toilets, tubs, cloths, blinds, shower curtains, window treatments and so much more.

     This product also works well with laundry and it is color safe. Do not use with silk or wool.  Some colors may lighten on natural fibers. It is recommended to soak an entire garment in the solution to avoid uneven results. If you have a stain on a colored or white garment simply soak the entire garment it in a large bowl or small bucket of warm or hot water and oxygen bleach.  Allow it to sit overnight and in most cases the stain is gone! Even when harsh chemical chlorine bleach wont work, you will often find this product does. Again, it is not instant. Its all about dwell time, or how long you soak the item or area.
